As a Job Seeker, you do not have to be powerless! Candidate Voice is the Collective Voice of the Job Seeker. We use verified user reports to uplift Employers who respect the time of Applicants, and put on blast those who don’t respect applicants’ time. We want you to know what to expect from a company during your job search.

On a personal note: Like many of you, I have grown frustrated with today’s job market and the endless cycle of applying for jobs and being ghosted. This website is a passion project to help reclaim some sense of justice as the candidate experience continues to crush those looking for their next opportunity. This website is still being developed. I am not a developer so it will take time (and money!) to reach it’s full functionality. Thank you for making this site all that is is and what it will grow to be!
