Was ghosted after the initial interview. I was told a second interview request with hiring manager would be sent shortly. When no invite was received I checked my status on the job posting site to find I was no longer being considered. No email notification was sent by UnitedHealth.
Best part: Unfortunately, nothing.
Worst part: Being ghosted is not cool. Follow through on communication even if the news being delivered is uncomfortable.
