From applying the interview process was lightning fast. In a week and a half time, I did the initial call with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, and an interview with VP. Since then I have followed up with the recruiter three times without a response.
Worst part: You spend time applying, researching the history of the company, reading and understanding the job duties, preparing for the interviews and completing the interviews without the basic human decency or a reply.

Talent acquisition reached out to schedule an interview and offers to meet for an intro call. I confirm availability for both and don't hear back for 2 days. On day 3 I receive the interview confirmation but no confirmation for the the introductory call before the interview. At 4:26pm the DAY BEFORE THE INTERVIEW, I get a email offering to give the person in talent acquisition a call if I have any questions prior to interview. Its already the end of the day. My interview is scheduled for the morning. I don't know if other applicants for the role experienced the same thing or was it just me? How did this effect my interview chances compared to others?
Worst part: Piss poor communication from Talent Acquisition. Offer's to meet before the interview to discuss the role, doesn't follow through. It's been almost 3 months since the interview and all I've heard is crickets.
