Drexel University Hiring Process Reviews

Pretty standard higher education application. Did a first round screening interview with HR representative, then a second round group interview via Zoom in April. Did not hear back despite following up in May. Then followed up in June and they finally responded telling me I was not moving forward

Best part: Group interview was pleasant

Worst part: Not hearing back even though I worked at the university

Had a first round interview with an HR rep then heard back in a few weeks that I was not moving forward because I was overqualified.

Best part: Easy application form

Worst part: Being told I was overqualified and removed from interview process
