Feb 2026I interviewed 3 times meeting a new member of the staff each time. Having gotten that far along in the process along with the comments/feedback I’d received from each new employee I spoke with, I was sure I had gotten the job. I sent a thank you email as well as a formal thank you note in the mail. I maintained a positive and professional attitude with proactive communication. I had decades experience in the area of which the opening was for and had even partnered with them in my formal property management role. I was asked to fill out a second application to which I provided one via email and in person. This was the last I heard from them. To date I still haven’t received any response nor follow up. Not even a rejection email.
Best part: Nothing.
Worst part: Misleading and disheartening experience all around.
