Ghosted after interviewing
I went through two rounds of interviews. After the second round of interviews, I followed up with the hiring manager with no response after two weeks. I ended up getting another job and emailed the hiring manager that I was withdrawing my candidacy. No response or acknowledgement that I withdrew. Four months later, I received a no interest letter from HR. There clearly was a lack of communication between HR and the hiring manager.
